Description
Coiled tubing unit is equipped with 18 speed transmission, which will provides improvements in energy efficiency, which is configured with two medium inlet, suitable for both mud and air as drilling medium.

Features
1.The chassis adopt air ride suspension, driven by engine( CAT C15-540hp),the whole truck unit has features of good transportation, good operation and comfortable driver cabin.
2. Air compressor is with auto protection design, full air cooling.
3. The CTU is with long life piston and air valve which are working together to provide safe, stable and continuous hi-pressure air for operation.
4. Belt drive system, come with auto air clutch and damp vibration absorber, can maximum reduce vibration and impact in order to protect air compressor and other equipment.
5. The drum can be right-and-left moving, ensuring more smooth layout of coil tubing pipe.
6. Equipped with lorry-mounted crane, no need for extra crane for injector and tools.
